Welcome to the world my brand new computer for 2016!
Specs:
  • Windows 10 Professional
  • Phanteks Evolv PH-ES515E_AG Anthracite Gray Case
  • Intel 6700K CPU w/ CRYORIG H5 Ultimate Mid Tower Cooler
  • G.Skill 32 (2 x 16) GB DDR4 3000 MHz Memory
  • 1 TB Samsung 850 Pro SSD
  • Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X OC Video Card
  • SeaSonic SS-1050XP3 1050W 80 Plus Platinum Power Supply
  • MSI Z170A Gaming M5 Motherboard
  • TP-LINK TG-3468 Gigabit Network Adapter

Notes:
  • CPU cooler fan DOES block first RAM slot.  Fan can be adjusted up on cooler to allow for room.
  • Case is by far the best built case I have ever used.  Well worth waiting for the price point I was expecting at $160.
    • Not sure it it is the motherboard or the USB 3.0 internal cable that came with the case but I cannot remove the cable at all.  It is a very tight fit to put cable through slot and then into motherboard.  That might also be putting too much stress to allow it to slide out.  I fully expect the mother board connector to break off if I tried any harder.  Someone really needs to change the design of that bulky cable.  Fingers crossed for USB C front panel connectors on future cases getting an internal cable and connector redesign!
  • Extra network adapter for Hyper-V purposes.
  • I do have another R9 290 Video Card to Crossfire with but after realizing that Fallout 4’s finally released Crossfire Profile does NOT do anything to FPS in game, I have decided to keep my place a little cooler by sticking to only 1 card.
