New Song Series About Space Travel

I don't have a title for this series yet but I have been inspired to make something about space travel. I am providing links to some samples of the first three songs. These are rough cuts so they will change (the lyrics will definitely be refined). As always, all song lyrics created by me.

Check back for updates to the songs. I'll spend more time on perfecting these and adding to the series if they get listens/comments.

Song 01: Finding Home
Earth is entering its final years. In a desperate attempt at saving the human race, an interstellar arc has been created to send humans on a 1,000 year voyage to a possible habitable planet. Among the many people selected to travel is a girl who is now thinking about the loved ones she left behind as she goes into suspended animation.

Song 02: Failure & Hope
​The interstellar arc has arrived at its destination. Earth is long gone, the only humans left are those on the ship. They are awakened by the ship's automated systems only to find that the planet they were sent to is not actually habitable at all. Everyone is scared, angry, and in disbelief. Seeing the fear and sadness on everyone's faces, our protagonist begins to "rally the troops". This song is a musical about not giving up hope.

Song 03: Somewhere Deserted
After a long search, a suitable planet has finally been found. There is barely enough fuel to make it there. Something happens as they approach the planet (still thinking about this, it could be they got hit by debris or some alien race shot them out of the sky). Those who are able to, get to escape pods entering the atmosphere with pieces of the arc burning up in the sky all around them.
